So that we can help you quickly, please include in your request:

Two-step verification is optional: if you have turned it on, you can manage it in Preferences › Security. If you still can't sign in, write to us.
All the steps are in the connector documentation. The connector must be enabled in your intranet: if it isn't, ask the person who manages it to request it from us.
In the intranet, go to Preferences › Claude › Active connections and click Disconnect. Access stops immediately.
It is set up in Preferences › Universal access. Only the organization's administrators can open it.
Found a security issue? Write to oficina@opengea.org with the word "Security" in the subject and tell us what you found. Please don't make it public before we have been able to look into it.
